SMS Program & Opt-In Policy

What we send
Bridle sends transactional text messages only to users who have created a Bridle account and provided their mobile number:
- Verification codes — a one-time 6-digit code, sent immediately and only when the user requests it to verify their phone number.
- Account notifications (optional, separate opt-in) — low-frequency operational alerts about the user's own account, such as “listing approved,” “new message received,” or “a transport quote has arrived.”
Bridle does not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of using Bridle.
How users opt in
Phone numbers are collected in exactly one place: the “Verify your phone number” form inside the Bridle application (dev.joinbridle.com/verify-phone), available to signed-in account holders. The form presents the consent language below before the user submits their number. Account-notification texts require a separate, unchecked checkbox — verification codes and notifications are never bundled.

Program terms

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services that deliver messages on our behalf.
